I had the recent pleasure of meeting Gason Nelson at a lovely party for a friend's memorial reception. Not only was his food outstanding and presentation excellent, but he was a delightful person whose professionalism and demeanor (from prep to take down) were exceptional too! I would highly recommend his talents for any type of function!
