Grilled Lobster

Preparation:

Preheat grill for medium-high heat. Cut lobster tails in half lengthwise. Take wooded screw & put lengthwise  all the way through  lobster flesh.  Except butter & garlic, combine remaining ingredients  in small mixing bowl. Brush mixture onto flesh side of lobster tails. Place lobster onto grill flesh side down &  cook for 3-5 minutes, depending on the size of the lobster tail.  Turn over & when shell side is down. After about 2 min. Place dabs of butter & garlic all over flesh of  lobster & melt all over lobster. ( Be careful may flame up a little). Remove from heat & remove the wooden screws. Then serve on warm platter & Garnish with parsley. Talk about some good eating. YES SIR!!!!

Ingredients:

  • 6 lobster tails
  • 6 soaked wooded screws 
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic 
  • 4 tablespoon butter 
  • Salt & black pepper to taste 
  • Minced parsley for garnish
