Directions:
Mix together Olive oil, lemon juice & sugar together. Drizzle the arugula with half of the dressing; toss to coat and divide into 4 plates. Arrange the orange segments and onions and feta on top, dividing evenly. Drizzle with remaining dressing season with salt & black pepper.
Ingredients:
- 2 bunches arugula, washed and trimmed
- 1/2 cup of feta cheese
- 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- Pinch of sugar
- 2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 large navel oranges, peel and white pith removed, cut into segments
- 8 very thin slices red onion, separated into rings
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Kosher salt taste
