Grilled Airlne Chicken Breast And Home Made BBQ Sauce

Directions:

Simple to make, this recipe is not only delicious, but also makes a beautiful presentation.

Mix up BBQ sauce ingredients; in a med size pot. Cook on low heat about 15 min to bring the flavors together then set aside.

Ingredients:


  • 1/2 c. ketchup
  • 1 tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 tbsp. molasses
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • Juice of a lemon
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Directions:

Heat grill to medium high heat. Take all your ingredients  & mix together. Then rub all over & under the skin of the Airline Chicken.  Grill airline chicken breasts, turning once (about 7 minutes per side).  Then take your BBQ Sauce and baste all over the chicken, cooking about another 2-3 min.

Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts, airline cut
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil 
  • Salt
  • Pepper
